California Vacation, Days 11 and 12

I don't have many pictures from our last day in California. We went to lunch at the California Pizza Kitchen, then walked on the beach with my parents. The boys found sea glass and had a great time running through the sand.

That evening, we went out to dinner at Yolanda's to celebrate Aunt M.E.'s birthday. It was great fun and we miss everyone so very much.

The next morning, we were up early to drive to Los Angeles, and we boarded our flight back home. The flight was smooth, the connection was fast, and we were in Buffalo by 10pm that evening. The kids didn't sleep on the way home, as they were still on California time. When we arrived in Jamestown at midnight, they were revved up and ready to go.

Fortunately, they settled and managed to eventually fall asleep!

California, we miss you!
