Matt Draws (Finally)

Matt has been fairly convinced he is allergic to crayons. The child had no interest in drawing anything, and wouldn't hold a crayon to save his life. He was all about running, throwing balls, and racing trucks. About a month ago, he suddenly started coloring, and hasn't stopped since. Here is Matt's self-portrait: age 4 years, 2 months:

I am so sorry to hear about your struggle with your baby boy and central apnea. I am all too familiar with that scary path. If I can give any piece of advice (I hope I'm not prying) but please trust your insticts. As his momma, your intuition is right.....trust yourself!! I was told Abby Grace was born with her Chiari, however we do not know if that was the case. I do know that she was not born with the central apnea. Do you know how many central episodes he is having per hour? Please email me if you have any questions. Maybe our story can shed a little comfort and hope for you. I have a perfectly healthy and normal 3 year old girl....you would never even know that she had a major brain surgery. I will be praying for answers comign your way soon, lots of rest for you, and wisdom for your doctors.
